Samantha will be tattooing first come, first served (flash sheet only, black and grey ink)
Samantha Park (she/her) is a Korean American photographer turned tattoo artist whose body of work focuses on fine line and detail oriented imagery. 14 years in the industry beginning in New York, Samantha is now based out of Seattle. She is currently taking appointments at her newly opened tattoo shop, Public Record Tattoo located in Columbia City.
