We collaborated on a cocktail perfect for chilly fall nights and raising a glass to the ones you love. We present the Dia de los Muertos cocktail! WARNING : this cocktail is dangerously delicious!

Dia de los Muertos
Ingredients

Serve in lowball glass with large square ice cube. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and orange peel (on our short Cocktail Stick, now available to purchase in the OOLA tasting room)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Place 2 cups water, rice and cinnamon in blender. Blend until rice is broken into small pieces. Combine in bowl with 2 more cups water. Let soak at room temperature for 3-8 hours. Blend mixture again until smoothed. Strain through cheesecloth. Add sugar. Store in refrigerator.
